Ordering

What is the minimum order?
There is no minimum order. You can order as little or as much as you like.

Can I amend or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us at info@reigngoods.co.uk as soon as possible if you need to make a change. If your order has already been despatched, we are unable to amend or cancel it.

Do I need to be 18 to order?
Yes. You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from Reign Goods.

Delivery

How long will my delivery take?
We use Royal Mail Tracked services. Royal Mail 24 Tracked typically delivers the next working day, and Royal Mail 48 Tracked typically delivers within 2–3 working days. Delivery to remote areas (Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands) may take an additional 1–2 days.

What is the order cut-off time for same-day despatch?
Orders placed before 4:00pm Monday to Friday are despatched the same day. Orders placed after 4pm or on weekends and Bank Holidays will be despatched the next working day.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is despatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number. Track your parcel at royalmail.com/track-your-item.

Do you deliver to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and Islands?
Yes — we deliver to all UK addresses, including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and Isle of Wight.

What happens if I miss my delivery?
If Royal Mail cannot deliver your parcel, they will leave a calling card and take it to your local delivery office for collection. If you need a redelivery, a charge of £2.99 applies. Contact us at info@reigngoods.co.uk to arrange this.

Is delivery free?
Yes — delivery is free on all orders over £30. A delivery charge applies to orders below £30, shown at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return a food product?
Unopened, sealed food products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. We cannot accept returns of opened or used food products for hygiene reasons. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
Please email info@reigngoods.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Are your products Halal?
Many of our products are Halal certified. Please check the individual product listing for certification details, or contact us if you need clarification on a specific product.

Where can I find allergen information?
Allergen information is listed on each product page where available. Always check the product packaging before consuming, as formulations can change.
