Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Reign Goods. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we're here to help.
1. Your Right to Return
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order and return most items within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason. We extend this to 30 days as a gesture of goodwill.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In original, undamaged packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for a full refund.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (fresh or chilled food products)
- Items that have been opened where hygiene or food safety may be compromised
- Products damaged through misuse or normal wear
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order:

Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
5. Return Postage
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, the cost of return postage is your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged goods, defective product), we will cover the cost of return postage.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome within 3 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note: original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
8. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
