Thank you for shopping with Reign Goods. Here is everything you need to know about how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

2. UK Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery timescales are as follows:

- Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
- Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (where available at checkout)

Delivery timescales are estimates only and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. Orders over a qualifying threshold may be eligible for free standard delivery — this will be displayed at checkout if applicable.

4. Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery directly with the courier.

5. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will typically leave a calling card with instructions for redelivery or collection. If an order is returned to us due to a failed or refused delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery charges may apply.

6. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched. Reign Goods cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

7. Delays

Whilst we always aim to deliver within the estimated timescales, delays can occasionally occur due to high order volumes, courier issues, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g. adverse weather, public holidays). We appreciate your patience in these situations.

8. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photographs of the damage. Email us at info@reigngoods.co.uk and we will resolve this as quickly as possible.
