We ship all orders via Royal Mail Tracked services across the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and Isle of Wight.
DELIVERY SERVICES
• Royal Mail 24 Tracked — Next working day delivery (Monday to Saturday)
• Royal Mail 48 Tracked — 2–3 working day delivery (Monday to Saturday)
Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. During busy periods (e.g. Bank Holidays, Christmas) please allow additional time.
ORDER CUT-OFF TIME
Orders placed before 4:00pm Monday to Friday are despatched the same working day. Orders placed after 4:00pm, or on weekends and Bank Holidays, will be despatched the next working day.
FREE DELIVERY
We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £30. Orders below £30 are subject to a delivery charge, which will be displayed at checkout.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been despatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number. Track your parcel at any time by visiting:

Tracking information is usually updated within a few hours of despatch.
FAILED DELIVERY & REDELIVERY
If Royal Mail is unable to deliver your parcel (for example, if no one is available to receive it and it cannot be left safely ), they will leave a calling card and return the parcel to your local Royal Mail delivery office for collection.
A redelivery charge of £2.99 will apply if you require redelivery. Please contact us at info@reigngoods.co.uk to arrange this. Parcels held at the delivery office are available for collection for 18 days. After this period, uncollected parcels will be returned to us.
REMOTE & EXTENDED AREAS
We deliver to all UK addresses including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and Isle of Wight. Delivery to some remote areas may take an additional 1–2 working days.
LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS
If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of your expected delivery date, please contact us at info@reigngoods.co.uk and we will investigate with Royal Mail on your behalf.
