Thank you for shopping with Reign Goods. Here is everything you need to know about how we process and deliver your orders.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
UK Delivery Options
We deliver to all addresses within the United Kingdom using Royal Mail tracked services.

Delivery timescales are estimates only and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 48 within 2–3 business days and Tracked 24 within 1–2 business days, though these are not guaranteed.
Free Delivery
Enjoy free Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery on all orders of £35 or more. The free delivery option will appear automatically at checkout once your basket reaches the qualifying amount.
Order Tracking
All orders are sent with Royal Mail tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number. You can track your parcel at royalmail.com/track-your-item.
Failed Deliveries
If Royal Mail is unable to deliver your parcel, they will leave a calling card with instructions for arranging a redelivery or collecting your parcel from your local delivery office. Parcels are held for 18 days before being returned to us.
If an order is returned to us due to a failed delivery or an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional postage charges may apply.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched. Reign Goods cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
Delays
Whilst we always aim to dispatch and deliver within the estimated timescales, delays can occasionally occur due to high order volumes, Royal Mail disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to keep you updated.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
