These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Reign Goods website located at www.reigngoods.co.uk ("the Website") and any purchase you make from us. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Reign Goods is a trading name operated by Johns Enterprises ("we", "us", "our"). Our registered address is available upon request. You may contact us at contact@reigngoods.co.uk.

1. About These Terms

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

These Terms apply to all consumers purchasing goods from the Website. A "consumer" means an individual acting for purposes wholly or mainly outside of their trade, business, craft or profession, as defined under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If you are purchasing for business purposes, certain statutory consumer protections may not apply to you, and we will indicate where this is the case.

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. The version in force at the time you place your order will apply to that order. We recommend you review these Terms each time you visit the Website.

2. Your Account

If you create an account on the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, including where we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or over.

3. Orders and Contract Formation

3.1 Placing an Order

When you place an order on the Website, you are making an offer to purchase the goods described. No contract is formed at the point of order submission. A contract is only formed when we send you an order confirmation email confirming that your order has been accepted and dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time before dispatch, including where:

The goods are no longer available or are out of stock;
There has been a pricing or product description error on the Website;
We are unable to verify your payment details or billing address;
We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.

If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

3.2 Pricing

All prices displayed on the Website are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are not included in the product price and will be displayed separately at checkout before you confirm your order.

We take reasonable care to ensure that prices are accurate. However, if we discover a pricing error after your order has been placed, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option to proceed with the order at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. We are under no obligation to supply goods at an incorrect price.

Prices may change from time to time. Changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

3.3 Product Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications on the Website are accurate. However, minor variations in colour, size, or packaging may occur due to photographic representation and manufacturing changes. Such variations do not constitute a defect or grounds for return unless the goods are materially different from their description.

4. Payment

We accept payment by major debit and credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your full card details on our systems.

Payment is taken at the time of order. If payment is declined, your order will not be processed and no contract will be formed.

5. Delivery

5.1 Delivery Areas

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not currently offer international delivery. Certain remote areas (including some parts of the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands) may be subject to extended delivery times or additional charges, which will be displayed at checkout.

5.2 Delivery Timescales

Estimated delivery timescales are displayed on the Website and at checkout. These are estimates only and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery date. We will not be liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather, carrier delays, industrial action, or events of force majeure.

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your expected delivery date, please contact us and we will investigate with our carrier.

5.3 Free Delivery Threshold

Free standard delivery is available on orders meeting the minimum spend threshold displayed on the Website at the time of ordering. This threshold is subject to change and does not apply to orders below that value.

5.4 Risk and Title

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Title (ownership) of the goods passes to you upon receipt of full payment.

5.5 Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the goods are returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. We reserve the right to charge a redelivery fee. If you do not arrange redelivery within 14 days, we may cancel the order and issue a refund minus any delivery costs incurred.

6. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

6.1 Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. This is your statutory "cooling-off" right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us clearly in writing (by email to contact@reigngoods.co.uk) within the 14-day period. You must then return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.

Exceptions to the right to cancel. The right to cancel does not apply to:

Perishable goods or goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery;
Goods which have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery.

Where goods are food products or consumables that have been opened or used, we are unable to accept a return unless the goods are faulty or not as described.

6.2 Condition of Returned Goods

Goods must be returned in their original, unopened, and undamaged condition. We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount to reflect any diminishment in the value of the goods caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

6.3 Return Postage

Unless the goods are faulty, not as described, or were sent in error, the cost of return postage is your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit on return.

6.4 Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. We will refund the cost of the goods and the standard delivery charge (if applicable). We will not refund any premium delivery charges unless the entire order is being returned.

6.5 Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

If you receive goods that are faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a description and photographic evidence where possible. We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If goods fail to meet these standards, you are entitled to:

A full refund within 30 days of purchase;
A repair or replacement after 30 days (and a refund if repair or replacement is not possible or fails);
A partial or full refund after 6 months if the goods cannot be repaired or replaced.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any order or these Terms shall not exceed the total price paid by you for the goods in question.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:

Death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
Any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, product descriptions, and software, is owned by or licensed to Reign Goods and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

9. Website Use

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

Use the Website in any way that disrupts, damages, or impairs its operation;
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website or its systems;
Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Website without our written permission;
Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, offensive, or fraudulent.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Website at any time without notice if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content of those websites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on the Website. By using the Website and placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy. We process your data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

12. Complaints

We are committed to providing excellent customer service. If you have a complaint about any aspect of your order or experience with Reign Goods, please contact us at contact@reigngoods.co.uk. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 10 business days.

If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may refer the matter to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme. Details of available ADR schemes can be found at https://www.gov.uk/find-a-dispute-resolution-service. You also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr if you are based in the EU.

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, pandemic, flood, fire, earthquake, war, terrorism, industrial action, government action, or failure of third-party suppliers or carriers. We will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and will use reasonable endeavours to resume performance.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Reign Goods in relation to your use of the Website and any purchase made through it. They supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in which case you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
